Partnerships with Other NGOs

Working with NGOs to deliver structured and effective sports-based programmes to more marginalised communities.

Through our experience of implementing Sport for Development programs, we have developed key processes and tools that strengthen our approach and enable effective partnerships with other NGOs.

These include an age-appropriate curriculum, a comprehensive training module for coaches, and a monitoring and evaluation framework to measure progress and impact.

My experience with the organisation was largely positive. The sports-for-development module was well-prepared and shared on time, enabling smooth implementation. Feedback was acted upon promptly, showing responsiveness to field needs. The process was professionally managed and aligned with CRS standards, ensuring impact and effectiveness. While early-stage communication had a few gaps, the overall commitment to quality and adaptability significantly contributed to the program’s success.
